Teen Claims DUI was result of Kissing Drunk Boyfriend
Talk about creative excuses for wriggling out of the drink driving charge. 
17-year-old Gianna Vigliotta, a teenager from New York, came up with the creative excuse after she w as pulled over for failing to maintain her lane. Police found her to be drunk and the breathalyzer determined her blood-alcohol level to be nearly twice the legal limit. Yet the teen insisted she had not had a drink all night.
She told the officers that she had been kissing her drunk boyfriend and that had impaired her motor skills.
After searching the car police found four bottles of beer under the passenger seat and an empty can in Vigliotta’s purse. She is scheduled to appear in court June 18.
